WAIVER AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By requesting, booking and paying for consulting/session services/events from Nichole Kolman the requester, booker, payor and/or end client acknowledges that Nichole Kolman is not a medical professional nor is she regulated or licensed in any jurisdiction.

Nichole’s experience and expertise comes from close to 20 years of personal experience in the fitness and health industry as a champion athlete, author, television and radio sports guest and an international Trainer in LA, NY and Toronto. She has trained and counselled professional clients, athletes and celebrities with years of research and private study as well as drawing on her abilities to read energies as a Heyoka Empath. She has seen a vast majority of clients with a host of emotional, physical and other issues.

The requester, booker, payor and/or end client agree that the advice and recommendations provided through this service should always be confirmed by a medical doctor and adjusted accordingly to suit the end user’s goals and unique circumstances.

By booking and paying for services herein the end user acknowledges the forgoing and despite the same wishes the services and recommendations of Nicole Kolman understand, both are at your own risk and reward. All and ANY recording or stills  are strictly prohibited without the written consent of Nichole Kolman prior to your session and will have legal repercussions if not honored.
