Terms and Conditions

1) There are no notes or correspondence of Nichole's insight sent to you through email or text. You may pause the session to write notes if you wish.

2) Recording the session in any way is prohibited and subject to cancelation with no refund.

3) Due to the nature of Nichole's insight, long texts about your situation after session(s) start need to be addressed strictly during session(s) only. Texts or emails following or in between sessions are not permitted and will not be read, unless concisely stating where you want the following session to address. 

4) All cancelled or rescheduled sessions need to be 48 hours prior to your session via email. sickness, death or accidents are excluded.

5)  Nichole may extend her generosity with ongoing clients who repeatedly buy packages, with gifted  one hour session within the package. If that package is not completed for any reason, if the customer asks for a refund, files a dispute or for any other reason that is at Nichole's discernment,  the extended  hour session will be counted as one of the sessions used in the package. 

6)There is no plagiarizing of Nichole's insight, procedure, tag lines, slogans for professional or personal reasons, on sites, posting on media platforms or clients, without written consent from Nichole. Adaptation of Nichole's insight, teachings or knowledge for any written projects, commercial or non-commercial use.

7) Nichole reserves the right to cancel any one at any time. Nichole will not accept any emotional bombardment of any kind, bullying, emotional projection of any triggers current circumstance may have put you in, or the session may ignite in you.
